Return and Refund Policy

(Effective for all orders made through the official QAT Sleeves website)

At QAT Sleeves, we take pride in our promise of Quality. Affordable. Tough.
All items are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment to ensure they meet our standards.

In the rare event that you encounter an issue, please review our policy below.


Return Period

  • Customers may request a return or refund within 2 days upon receiving the order.

  • Requests made beyond this period will no longer be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

1. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days and provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
    Photos may also be submitted as additional support.

  • No unboxing video, no refund or replacement.

  • Once verified, QAT Sleeves will shoulder the return shipping cost.

  • Replacements or refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

  • All parts and accessories of the item concerned (including packaging, sleeves, inserts, and accessories) must be returned in full.

2. Non-Defective Returns

  • Returns for non-defective reasons (e.g., personal preference, wrong size, or color) are strongly discouraged.

  • Such returns may be accepted only upon approval by QAT Sleeves and at the buyer’s expense.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.


Damage Evaluation

The final assessment of whether an item is considered damaged will be determined by QAT Sleeves, based on the photos or videos provided by the buyer and/or inspection of the returned item.

  • For card sleeves, we will not accept “incomplete count” claims, as all sleeves are machine-packed and sealed.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections—such as light surface marks, tiny scratches, small dents, or packaging wrinkles—that do not affect performance or fit are not considered damage.

  • Customers who still wish to return items for personal reasons may do so only under our Non-Defective Return Policy, which is strictly subject to approval and at the buyer’s expense.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed primarily through the same payment channel used for purchase.  Alternative methods (e.g., bank transfer or store credits) may be used if necessary.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • Partial refunds may apply if items are returned incomplete or if the buyer’s claim is found to be incorrect (e.g., item confirmed to be fully functional).


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via our official website or social media page.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.


Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.

  • QAT Sleeves reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.qatsleeves.com
