Shipping Policy

1. Standard Shipping (LBC)
All orders are shipped via LBC, our default courier partner.
Delivery lead time depends on your location:
• Metro Manila – 1 to 3 days
• Provincial areas – 3 to 7 days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila)
Same-day delivery is available for Metro Manila addresses only.
Please message us directly through our official Facebook page to confirm availability and arrange booking.
Cut-off for same-day processing is before 2 PM.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are computed automatically upon checkout for retail orders.
For wholesale or bulk orders, buyers / partners will shoulder the shipping cost.
Due to the varying size and weight of wholesale packages, a fixed rate cannot be provided in advance.
Exact fees will be advised once the order is packed and measured.

4. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Delays may occur during sale events or due to courier service limitations.

5. Tracking and Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an LBC tracking number via email or message.
For same-day deliveries, updates and coordination will be handled via Facebook Messenger.
