  • Colors, finishes, and packaging may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, or production batches.

  • Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.

2. Orders & Payments

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) via LBC and GCash, along with other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • Same-day delivery requires full payment. COD is not available for same-day delivery.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, failed deliveries, or suspected misuse.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • For retail orders, shipping fees are clearly stated at checkout.

  • For same-day delivery, please select the pickup option at checkout. Delivery fees depend on the courier app used and are shouldered by the buyer.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or other factors beyond our control.

  • A ₱0.00 shipping fee applies to wholesale orders only and serves as a placeholder. Final shipping costs depend on courier rates, weight, and destination.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and refunds are handled under our separate Return Policy.

5. Product Use & Compatibility

  • Please check product sizes and compatibility before ordering.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect usage, improper sleeving, or incompatible cards or accessories.
